Max Drach brings more than a decade of experience in international fertility, egg donation, assisted reproduction, and patient-focused business development. With a background in Genetics and Biotechnology from Lviv National University, he combines scientific understanding with strong operational expertise in IVF services, donor egg programs, sperm donation, embryo creation, and international patient coordination.
Having worked with fertility clinics, egg banks, and global reproductive health organizations, Max understands the process from every side — clinical coordination, donor program logistics, patient expectations, communication challenges, and the emotional pressure intended parents often face. At Geovita, he helps make the journey more structured, transparent, and efficient, guiding patients toward the right next steps with clarity, care, and practical experience.

Jimena Gómez Salas is an embryologist, molecular biologist, and geneticist with international experience across Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Georgia. She began her embryology career at Fertigen in Mexico and later continued her work in assisted reproduction laboratories across Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Since 2020, Jimena has worked as an embryologist at I. Zhordania Medical Center, bringing strong laboratory expertise and a careful, science-based approach to fertility care. Nana Kurashvili is an obstetrician-gynaecologist and reproductive medicine specialist with more than two decades of clinical experience in women’s health, fertility care, and reproductive medicine in Georgia. Her career includes work across leading medical centers in Tbilisi and Kutaisi, with a long-standing focus on gynaecology, reproductology, and patient-centered fertility treatment.
Since 2017, Nana has worked at Zhordania Clinic, where she supports patients through reproductive health evaluation, treatment planning, and fertility-related care. Her extensive medical background and clinical experience make her an important part of the team supporting intended parents throughout their fertility journey in Georgia.
